Zhejiang BaJie Brush Co., Ltd is a professional industrial brush manufacturer in China, specializing in the design and production of custom brushes for industrial equipment, machinery and specialized applications. With manufacturing experience dating back to 1997, BaJie Brush combines established brush-making expertise with modern production technology to serve customers worldwide.

Our main products include metal channel strip brushes, flexible strip brushes, formed strip brushes, tube brushes, roller brushes, disc brushes, power brushes and custom industrial brushes. We manufacture brushes for sealing, cleaning, wiping, guiding, surface treatment, material handling and other industrial applications, with dimensions, backing materials and filament configurations customized according to customer requirements.

Today, our manufacturing facility is located in Huzhou City, Zhejiang Province, approximately 160 km from Shanghai Port. The factory covers approximately 5,000 square meters and operates 23 brush production lines, supporting both custom production and volume orders for customers in Europe, North America, Asia and other international markets.

Rather than supplying only standard brush products, we work with customers to develop brushes based on drawings, samples, dimensions and application requirements. From filament and backing selection to brush geometry and production method, our goal is to provide practical industrial brush solutions that match the customer’s equipment and working conditions.

From Shanghai Workshop to Modern Brush Factory

The history of BaJie Brush dates back to 1997, when the Chen brothers established the original Ba Jie Brush workshop in Baoshan District, Shanghai. Starting as a small family-operated brush workshop, the company gradually accumulated experience in brush manufacturing, material selection and custom brush production.

As demand for industrial brushes increased, BaJie Brush continued to expand its production capabilities and develop manufacturing processes for a wider range of brush constructions. Over the years, our focus has evolved from traditional brush production toward custom industrial brushes for machinery, equipment and specialized industrial applications.

In 2020, to expand production capacity and support further growth, we relocated our manufacturing operations to Huzhou City, Zhejiang Province. The new facility provided additional production space and allowed us to introduce more specialized brush-making equipment. Today, the Huzhou factory serves as the main manufacturing base of Zhejiang BaJie Brush Co., Ltd, combining our established brush-making experience with modern production capabilities.

Industrial Brush Manufacturing Capabilities

At BaJie Brush, our manufacturing capabilities cover multiple stages of industrial brush production, including strip brush forming, filament filling, brush trimming, cutting, bending, winding and custom assembly. Different production methods are selected according to the brush construction, dimensions, filament material and intended application.

Our 23 brush production lines support the manufacture of different brush types and specifications. In addition to standard production equipment, we use specialized machinery and tooling for products such as metal channel strip brushes, flexible strip brushes, formed strip brushes, roller brushes and other custom brush configurations.

Because many industrial brushes are designed as components of machinery and equipment, dimensional requirements can vary significantly between projects. Our production team can manufacture according to technical drawings, physical samples or specified dimensions, allowing brush length, profile, filament material, filament density, backing material and other parameters to be adapted to the customer’s application.

Custom Industrial Brush Solutions

Many industrial brush applications cannot be solved with a standard off-the-shelf product. Different machines may require different brush dimensions, mounting structures, filament stiffness, contact pressure and resistance to temperature, moisture, chemicals or abrasion. For this reason, custom industrial brush manufacturing is an important part of our business.

Customers can provide us with a technical drawing, existing brush sample, equipment dimensions or application requirements. Based on this information, we can help determine suitable brush construction and manufacturing specifications, including brush size, backing material, filament material, filament diameter, bristle length, density and mounting configuration.

We work with a wide range of filament and backing materials to meet different operating conditions. Depending on the application, brush filaments can include nylon (PA), polypropylene (PP), PBT, abrasive filaments, steel wire, stainless steel wire, natural fibers and other materials, while backing and structural components can be manufactured from galvanized steel, stainless steel, aluminum, rubber or other suitable materials.

Quality Control & Certifications

Quality control is integrated throughout our industrial brush manufacturing process. From incoming filament and backing materials to brush forming, trimming, assembly and final inspection, we check the key characteristics that affect brush dimensions, construction and performance before products are prepared for shipment.

For custom industrial brushes, inspection requirements vary according to the product design and application. Depending on the brush type, our quality checks can include overall dimensions, bristle height, filament density, backing dimensions, brush shape, assembly strength and visual condition. For products manufactured in batches, production specifications are checked against the approved drawing, sample or customer requirements to help maintain consistency.

We also maintain product testing and certification documentation for applicable brush products and materials according to customer and market requirements. Relevant documentation can be provided for review when required for a specific project or order.
