It is manufactured by forming a metal channel strip brush into a precise circular shape. Also known as an internal ring brush, inner ring brush or fill-inwards strip brush, this design provides 360° contact around the center opening for sealing, cleaning, wiping, guiding and dust control. The center hole can be manufactured in different diameters or completely closed (D2 = 0 mm) when required, allowing the inward-facing bristles to provide contact around very small rods, shafts or other components passing through the brush.

Materials
Metal Channel: The backing of the inside disk brush can be manufactured from galvanized steel or stainless steel. Galvanized steel is suitable for general industrial applications, while stainless steel is available for applications requiring improved corrosion resistance or use in more demanding environments.
Filament Materials: Different filament materials can be selected according to the required function. Nylon (PA) is commonly used for sealing, wiping and guiding because of its flexibility and wear resistance.
