The Artificial Dry Ski Slope Surface is a brush-based synthetic skiing surface designed for year-round ski slopes where natural snow is unavailable or seasonal. Instead of using a flat plastic sheet or molded tile, the surface is constructed from individual PBT strip brushes with stainless steel backing, providing a flexible and supportive contact surface for skis and snowboards.
During production, each strip brush is formed into a controlled wave shape. Multiple formed strips are then connected with stainless steel wire ties to create the characteristic diamond-pattern mat. When the mats are installed together across a slope, the dense PBT bristles form a continuous artificial skiing surface.
We use UV-resistant PBT filaments for their resilience and suitability for long-term outdoor exposure, while the stainless steel backing provides structural support and corrosion resistance.
